As you probably know, there have been the worst bush fires in Australian history going on at Victoria.
Worse than Ash Wednesday.
So far, over almost 200 people have died in these fires, and almost all have lost their homes.
I heard this story, about a teenage boy who was caught in the fire..
he could see the flames all around him and he knew he was going to die.
So he called his mother on his phone, and told her he loved her.
And then he died.
A retired news reporter, who reported at the same sight during the Ash Wednesday fires (I can't remember the exact year that happened), has gone missing in these current fires and is thought to be dead.
My school and my family are planning on trying to help.
Raising money, and donating clean clothes, bedding, unperishable food, toys, and more.
They have lost so much, including lives.
I would appreciate any kind comments below to the lives lost.
Why would people neg this?
This blog is simply telling people something that is an issue, and something that made me cry.
If someone else has made a blog about it already, I didn't know.
