Hey yall. IDK why but I felt like making a blog about the changes that have been going on in my life in the last year. As you guys probably noticed from my vlogs if you've seen them, I've lost a lot of weight.
I used to feel bad about myself, I used to hate myself and my physical appearance. I was sticking with the popular boys who all were in shape and way better looking then me.
Did I get any girls in High School? No.
Last year, I decided to make a change. I decided that, even if I would look stupid at first, to go hit the gym. Lose weight.
You guys have no idea how it changed my life. I'm a complete different person.
This is just so everyone know that EVERYONE can do it.
But you won't get anything if you dont work for it.

you don't look that fat before but the difference is still amazing. you look great and good job.
grats :) i know its a tough thing to do and a commitment i weighed a ton in hs and ended up losing 60 pounds just eating right so i think thats so great good job man :)
exactly !! i was 97 kgs(200+pounds) when i was 17 yrs old
now my weight is 61 kgs :-) (136pounds)
i lost almost 36 kgs !!
i know how it feels and how confident you feel when you are hanging out with friends or when you go out :-)
only you will know how hard you worked to become lean and to tolerate all those hunger pains and cravings when the rest of the world is enjoying all yummy food !!
i know it because i too went through these phases :-)
