And I'll take the liberty of saying I never plan on having a multigifting shop, I want a shop but it will be ALL public sales. So save your breath before you jump on me, as I know you love doing so.
Anyway, your shop is competing...if anything, you should post more for the public, easy week or not. That goes to ALL the competitors though..
PrincessTeePee My goal is to move on to the next week, I am not strictly all public sales. I barely even gift myself from my shop, mainly the people who support me.
_Aria then I WILL be fair to you if you're gifting your buyers at least. I was just covering my bases with my comment in case you had something to say :p
I do hope there's a good competing week soon, not for me, but for an urgent deal
Shops are so annoying when they're only for friends/gifting. There isn't a sign on shops that say, "You may not buy my designs because they're only for my friends." If I see a design for 1T, you better believe I'm taking it.
austinnn I never said that any of that wasn't true. I'm just saying that once you actually get a shop your opinion will most likely change on the matter.
i think it sucks whenever people don't get the gift, but as both a shop owner whose SOLE purpose was multigifting, and being "known" for stealing designs(when i wasn't help those owners gift[back when I was #stick]), i think i do believe that in the end, it is just a 'shops game', and you just have to make sure that the better players(aka the fast gifters/people who have the ability to steal) are on YOUR side/helping you.
idk i love you and it sucks when shit gets stolen, but just my opinion (y)
People who like F5 all day are annoying like forreal get a life but if someone happens to click shops and sees a 1T design and buys it then lol good for them, the same people end up with like 300 gifts anyway why not spread the wealth
I can't blame anyone for "stealing" from a shop because it is so hard to get designs when all the shop owners gift there friends who normally have over 100+ designs, the shops should be for everyone not just the rich snobs. smh
I agree with the last 2 posts but I agree with the blog as well..
Its all the same..
I think why do people with 100+ Designs need 100+ More on top of that just cause they have 3k Ts its like they dont need to buy that 1 design from your shop for 1k Ts cause if they just spammed 3k worth of stuff into Auctions they could buy their own shop and have 7 designs... its just annoying is all..
my unknowing guess would be , IF i had a shop that i could make thousands of T{s with in less than a day... i would probably not whine to much if something i posted publicly for 1 T got taken. yeah, i understand you wanna give gifts or you promised some lower level a design for doing all your spamming for you... but the shops is still are and will most likely always be a public place.
i have a great idea...
spend some of those thousand you (royal YOU) made from selling a few overpriced tee-shirt designs or same-old nerd glasses in someone ELSES shop to repay your gift promises.
this way you are part of cultivating the tengaged economy rather than just feeding off of it.
(and please! i am NOT talking to anyone in particular, just talking)
I have been a shop owner numerous times and after having missed a gifting to a player, I then held back stock so I could make it up to the player I missed. I later made it easier by not telling the people who were going to be gifted that they were getting a gift. The only exception would be if someone won a gift in a gift giveaway. I think the real problem now is that shop owners use gifts to get people to spam for them so that adds up to having to gift a lot of people and makes it even worse. I have never made anyone feel bad about getting a design regardless of how many designs they have.
As people around the world just want a clean glass of water or food. First world fucking problems. Millenials have fucked priorities. Not targeting anyone but people who whine over designs. Period.
