I wanted to blog this due to the fact that there is usually a ton of questions related to the time changes and how that will impact games/Tengaged generally. Here's some of what should now be "fixed" now that the time has gone forward as of last night:
1) The "0 min" glitch: When the time changed in November, most users profile would indicate that they were active "0 min ago" on their profile, even when they were not. It would do so for exactly an hour, and then would transition to "5 min ago". This is now fixed.
2) The game timers on the games page are now accurate and will not have times that were in the negative.
3) The raffle + stars seat game should now end at the appropriate times (not an hour early, like they had been since November).
4) Posting for 200T$ in shops should now take an hour to post, rather than show up instantly like it has been. Refer to this page for full details on shops: https://tengaged.com/shopping_game/howto
5) For the past few months, Stars enrollment has been opening an hour early (at 5PM EST) and enrolling those who were "manually" entered (Stars Seat, Raffle, MOD Enrollments) and would start at 900T$. It would also not let people in until about 5:40PM EST where it would start at diamond level and gradually go down in level + price. Stars enrollment should now return to "normal" and enroll at 6PM EST and start at the typical ~300T$ + Gold Level.
Some others noted in the comments/mails that should now be fixed:
- Hunger Games Comps ending at 7 hours rather than 8 ( Roshy)
- "Latest actions" on profiles ( Booyahhayoob)
- Hunger Games weapons will now require waiting the full time ( Rodmacario/ Roshy)
