My Survivor: Nicaragua Speculation Oct 8, 2010
I have read no spoilers for Survivor (so please don't post any); this is pure speculation based on editing. Here is my edgic chart so far, after 4 episodes:

https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0Aq7Y1q_uO1cUdEg1Q3hUOUdYYlVkaFA2Zml4NVF2a1E&authkey=CPyq-fcO&hl=en#gid=0

What I think of each player:

Alina - If Alina was going to go soon, then she'd probably be nearly invisible, since she hasn't done anything that interesting yet. The tribe switch will save her, and she'll almost surely make the merge. (#3 winner candidate)

Brenda - There's really no good reason why Brenda wouldn't make a great winner. They showed her alliance with Chase in the first episode, then she was painted as a big threat in Episode 2. I think that Brenda, Chase, and NaOnka will all be important characters in this season, and Brenda has the best edit of the 3 of them. (#1 winner candidate)

Benry - Benry is way too invisible. I don't think he can make F3... maybe he'll get far like Brett, or he could just be an unremarkable pre-merge boot.

Chase - I had Chase as my #1 winner candidate for the first two episodes, but then I marked him as invisible in Episode 3, which is really bad for him, especially since he had made a very important play in Episode 2. Also, Brenda described him as "a good guy, but clueless" in the first episode, and that doesn't help his case, either. I think he'll make it far, but he won't win.

Dan - Dan has repeatedly been described as useless, and there's been nothing on the show that contradicts that. He'll probably be voted out pre-merge.

Holly - Holly looked good after the first episode, but then she had her meltdown in Episode 2 and then she stopped being important altogether. She's not going to win.

Jane - Making fire in the first episode was great, but she doesn't have much depth to her edit, and I marked her as invisible in Episode 2. I doubt that she will win.

Jill - She's looking like a good analytical player; she's coming off as more logical than Marty. I like how the editors made sure to note that it was her idea to show Marty's idol to the tribe. She could have gotten shunned in the editing as "Marty's sidekick," but she's not. (#2 winner candidate)

Jud - He had a decent edit until Episode 4, where he was unquestionably invisible. I have a hunch that he'll make it far, though.

Kelly B. - Her story could go in a few different directions. She might just be the victim of NaOnka's bullying, but she was marked as a jury threat in the first episode. To me, that either means that she wins, or she is voted off at some point BECAUSE she's a jury threat. (maybe like right at the F4 or something) (#4 winner candidate)

Kelly S. - I think she'll be one of the next couple vote-offs. She's allied with what I think are the most important characters, (Brenda/Chase/NaOnka) yet she's not shown doing ANYTHING. She'll probably get screwed in the tribal swap.

Marty - Marty's a distraction. He could lose to Jill in the F3, but more likely he'll get destroyed in an epic blindside. Alina prophesied in Episode 1 that his leadership will get him "voted off right away;" she's probably at least somewhat right.

NaOnka - She's the star villain of the season like Coach and Russell have been for the last couple seasons. I think she'll make it very far, but she's way too negative to win.

Sash - Like Kelly Purple, he's allied with the right people, but his edit sucks. I think he'll get screwed in the tribal switch, too.

Tyrone - Tyrone is in a limbo category for me right now. He's way below my Top 4, but way above everyone else. I'll have to see what happens with him.

Yve - She's probably a pre-merge boot. I suspect that she's aligned tightly with Marty/Jill, but that hasn't been shown. Wendy even voted for her in the first episode and they never even showed why.

Made-Up Survivor: Samoa - JURY VOTE AND WINNER! Apr 10, 2010
39 days ago, 20 Americans set off on the adventure of a lifetime in the remote South Pacific island of Samoa. Now, only 2 remain, Mike Borassi, the 62-year-old personal chef, and Kelly Sharbaugh, the 25-year-old hairstylist. Tonight, they state their cases to the jury, and the jury will vote to give one of them $1,000,000 and the title of Sole Survivor.

Jeff Probst: Welcome, Kelly and Mike, to your Final Tribal Council. Let's bring in the members of the jury - Marisa, Russell S., Yasmin, Russell H., Monica, Ashley, and Shambo, voted out at the last Tribal Council. First of all, I'll congratulate both of you for making it this far... you have gone as far as you can go in this game. The only thing left to do is win over the power of the jury. Jury, you will get the ability to ask questions in a moment, but first, we will allow Kelly and Mike to give their opening statements. Kelly, you may begin.

Kelly: Hi everyone, I'm happy to finally be here, and I want to state that I believe I played the best game out there, and I did it with complete honesty and integrity. I don't believe I ever lied to anyone, and I was always loyal to the people that I allied myself with. I valued my friends just as much as myself; this can be seen when twice I gave a Hidden Immunity Idol to one of my friends when they needed it, once to Brett, and once to Monica. I found myself on the wrong end of the alliance game too many times to count, but I was able to pull myself out of it, because here I am, sitting in the Final Two. I'll be happy to answer any questions you have, and I'd very much appreciate your votes.

Mike: Well, I look at this game a bit different than Kelly, perhaps; if you see on the Survivor flag at both of our camps, the motto of this game is "Outwit, Outplay, and Outlast." Loyalty may be a good thing to have in the real world, but in this game, the entire goal is to get to the Final Two. Now I might not have been the most athletic or fit person out there, but I held my own on the mental side of things. I was targetted at the very first Tribal Council, but I was able to pull in enough votes to save myself. After the Tribal Switch, I got into a great alliance with Russell H., and together we were able to dominate the game for a portion. After Kelly used the idol to send him home, I found myself on my own, but with two great plays since then, I was able to eliminate both Monica and Ashley, and here I am, also sitting in the Final Two. I think both Kelly and I have played fantastic games, but I see myself as the bigger strategist sitting here.

Jeff Probst: Okay, now we can get to the jury's questions. Marisa, you're up first.

Marisa: Congratulations, guys, but as you know, 12 days ago, I was unanimously voted off with the Hidden Immunity Idol. I want to know from both of you; do you really think that was a good idea, and why should I still vote for you? Mike, first, since I thought you were part of my alliance.

Mike: Well, Marisa, I never was on the same tribe as you until the merge, so I really didn't know you too well. Besides, it was never my idea to vote you off; Russell H. proposed that.

Marisa: So you were just riding Russell's coattails, then? If Russell wasn't in the game, what would you have done?

Mike: I was indifferent to the idea either way, and I just went the way the majority was going.

Marisa: Okay, Kelly, same question. I understand that you overheard those guys talking about the plan to vote me off, yet why didn't you tell me so we could blindside Russell or somebody that night?

Kelly: Well, Marisa, I was never aligned with you; you had voted off Mick the previous Tribal Council, so I was never sure I could trust you entirely. How could I know that you wouldn't have used the idol to get rid of me instead?

Marisa: Fair enough, I'm done.

Jeff Probst: Thanks, Marisa. Russell S., you're next.

Russell S: Hey guys, I think I already know who I'm voting for tonight, but I'll ask a question anyway. If you could give a million dollars to two people on the jury, who would you choose?

Jeff Probst: Kelly.

Kelly: I'd choose Monica and Ashley. Those two were my closest friends out here, and I'd never vote against either of them.

Mike: Shambo, definitely. The other person would be you or the other Russell. Maybe even Yasmin. It's hard to pick just two.

Jeff Probst: Okay, Yasmin, you're next.

Yasmin: I'm just gonna be straight up now. Kelly, you were talking about all honesty and integrity a little while ago, but I think that's a bunch of crap. While we were on that reward thing, you and Monica promised me Top 5. Why the heck didn't that happen? Was that promise just so we'd help you guys vote off Russell S.?

Kelly: When I made that promise, I had no intention of breaking it, but before the double Tribal Council, Russell H. approached us and pointed out that you and Shambo were a really close pair. Then there's also that voting you out set it up to use the Hidden Immunity Idol to blindside Russell H. afterwards. If we hadn't gotten rid of you, then nobody could be sure what would happen during the second part of the Tribal Council.

Yasmin: Uh, then Mike would have gone.

Kelly: Yeah, probably. I dunno.

Yasmin: Yeah, I got it, Kelly. Whatever. And Mike, I really can't say I respect you or Russell's style of play, going all about and lying to everyone just to get them to do what you want. Back in the 'hood, we don't respect people like that.

Mike: I assure you I don't lie regularly in real life, but this...

Yasmin: I don't want to hear it Mike. As I see it, you're both liars, and I don't think either of you deserve my vote.

Jeff Probst: All right, Yasmin, but you're going to have to vote for somebody tonight.

Yasmin: I know.

Jeff Probst: "Little Russell," you're up next.

Russell H: All right, guys, if you ask me, all this "honesty/integrity" stuff doesn't matter at all. I want to hear from both of you; what are your greatest TWO strategic plays that you made in this game. Mike, you can go first.

Mike: The first is when Shambo and I approached Ashley and convinced her to vote for Monica. The second one, which was all me, was just two days ago, when I used my ankle injury to my advantage; I convinced Kelly to vote for me and Ashley to vote for Shambo, thus causing a 2-1-1 vote, so Shambo and I were able to blindside Ashley.

Kelly: My first one is when I got Shambo and Yasmin to vote against Russell S...

Yasmin: Pff.

Jeff Probst: You've had your turn, Yasmin. Continue, Kelly.

Kelly: And the second would be when I used the idol to get rid of you, Russell, no offense; you have to admit it was a good play, right?

Russell H: Yeah, it was pretty good.

Jeff Probst: Monica, now.

Monica: Oh, my votes definitely going for Kelly, so I have no need for any questions. But I definitely want to urge the jury to vote for Kelly as well, and Yasmin, I was the one that strongly supported getting rid of you, so don't take that out on Kelly, please. Both Mike and I lied far more than Kelly ever did.

Jeff Probst: Okay, then, Ashley, go ahead.

Ashley: Congrats, guys, but I want to clear some stuff up. Kelly, what was this stuff about you and Monica trying to get me off at the Final Five?

Kelly: That was never the case. It was Monica's idea to make Shambo and Mike target you instead of one of us... that way you wouldn't flip sides on us?

Ashley: So you guys didn't trust me?

Kelly: Well, again, that was Monica, she was always more of the schemer type than I was.

Ashley: So Mike, I didn't like that you used your injury to your advantage; I kind of looked to you as a father figure out there, and I felt really hurt when you manipulated me like that.

Mike: I'm sorry, Ashley, but my #1 loyalty at that point was to Shambo, and I didn't want you and Kelly to vote together. It was really nothing personal.

Jeff Probst: Last but not least, Shambo.

Shambo: Okay, I can't believe nobody brought it up yet, but Mike, what the heck were you up to promising Kelly that you would take her to the Final Two? That has to be one of the lowest moves ever! We had an alliance since Day 1!

Mike: Well, Shambo, we didn't always have an alliance; you betrayed me first when you voted off Russell S. We were able to regain our alliance after both Yasmin and Russell were gone, and we knew we both were on the outs. My deal with Kelly was purely strategic. I was 95% sure that Kelly would take you to the Final Two instead of me, right Kelly?

Kelly: Well, I never really decided, but to be honest, I probably would have voted you off.

Mike: Yeah, and Kelly looked really stable up on there, and I felt ready to fall off in the next minute, Shambo! When I made that deal, I had no idea whether I would keep it or not, but I felt the jury would respect me more if I kept the deal with Kelly. Sorry I had to do it, but if I hadn't, then I'd most likely be sitting in your spot right now.

Shambo: Okay, Mike.

Jeff Probst: With that, we're done, and it's time to vote.

The jury members step up to the voting booth, one at a time, and cast their votes for the winner of Survivor: Samoa.

FINAL VOTE REVEALED AHEAD!

***

Jeff Probst: Welcome to the Live Survivor: Samoa Reunion Show, where we're about to announce the winner. For the last time this season, I'll read the votes:

1st vote - Kelly
2nd vote - Mike
3rd vote - Kelly
4th vote - Mike
5th vote - Kelly
6th vote - Mike

That's 3 votes Mike, and 3 votes Kelly. There's one vote left. This one vote will reveal the Sole Survivor and the winner of 1 million dollars:

...

...

...

...

Winner of Survivor: Samoa is...

...

...

...

Kelly!

The audience cheers wildly as Kelly jumps up and runs to her family.

Revealed votes:

Marisa -> Kelly
Russell S. -> Mike
Yasmin -> Kelly
Russell H. -> Mike
Monica -> Kelly
Ashley -> Kelly
Shambo -> Mike

And that concludes this series. I'm not sure if anybody actually read the whole series, but if you did, thank you! :D While I was writing it, I made a few changes in the storyline... for instance, Russell H. was originally going to be the winner. I later decided that was too cliched, and the F6 boot wasn't very realistic. (IIRC it was Monica 6th, Ashley 5th, Mike 4th, Kelly 3rd, and Shambo 2nd.) If I was part of this jury, I think I would have voted for Mike, but a social game is also important, as we saw from Natalie's real-life win. And here, Kelly did play with more loyalty/integrity/whatever than Mike did.

Made-Up Survivor: Samoa - FINALE PART 2! Apr 5, 2010
Upolu Tribe - Mike, Shambo, Kelly

The Jury - Marisa, Russell S., Yasmin, Russell H., Monica, Ashley

Night 37, and only 3 players remain in the game. Coming back from Tribal Council. Kelly is stunned at the last vote - she asks Mike, "I thought you wanted out of the game," and Mike says, "Nope, just trying to split up yours and Ashley's votes." Kelly then says, "So I guess I'll have to win the final immunity, then" and Shambo agrees.

The following morning, the Medical Team returns to look at Mike's ankle. They take the cast off, and ask Mike to walk, and he does fine. "All better and ready for the challenge today," he remarks.

Before the challenge, Shambo approaches Mike and asks again if the plan is to vote off Kelly if one of them wins immunity. Mike tells her of course, and not to be paranoid.

Then Jeff arrives and tells the Final Three that they will walk along the shoreline honoring the torches of the 17 cast-offs that they outlasted, before they arrive at their Final Immunity Challenge.

Kelly, Shambo, and Mike do as such, comment on the people as they pass each torch - Ben, Laura, Dave, Natalie, Brett, Jaison, John, Betsy, Erik, Liz, Mick, Marisa, Russell S., Yasmin, Russell H., Monica, and Ashley. At the end of the walk, they take the name-plates they have gathered and burn them in a fire pit. After they have done so, they walk further down the beach and arrive at their Final Challenge.

Jeff announces that this will be a challenge of endurance. The three of them will be lying down on a large board at an incline, holding on to a handle above them. A barrel is located at the top of the board, and it has a small hole, so water will constantly be trickling on their face. Every 5 minutes, the board's incline will increase by 5 degrees. If you fall off, you're out; last one standing wins immunity and gets to pick who they sit next to in the Final Two.

They all get set up, and Jeff announces that the challenge will begin. For a while, everybody is silent except for the occasional answer to a question that Jeff asks. Kelly enters a zen-like state and closes her eyes. Shambo tries to lean to the side, so that the water hits her shoulder instead of her head. Mike has trouble finding a comfortable position and squirms around a lot. After nearly 45 minutes, Shambo is shown struggling a lot, lets go, and falls into the water below.

And then it was just Kelly and Mike. Mike is still shown struggling to hang on, but then regains his balance. He then startles everyone, especially Shambo, when he starts to speak. He asks Kelly, "If I promise to take you to the Final Two, would you let me win immunity?" Kelly replies, "Um, why can't you let me win if I agree to get rid of Shambo?" Mike insists that he needs to win one for himself. Without saying another word, Kelly loosens her grip and falls to the water below.

Mike wins Final Individual Immunity!

Back at camp, Mike is conflicted between his alliance with Shambo since early in the game, which grew stronger recently, and between his more recent deal with Kelly. "No matter what I do tonight," he says, "I'm breaking my word with somebody. Personally, I have more of a friendship with Shambo, but I'm looking for what gives the best chance of me winning. What move would the jury respect the most?"

He talks to Shambo and insists to her that he only made the deal with Kelly because he knew he would never outlast Kelly in the challenge normally, and if Kelly had dropped out first, there's no way that he wouldn't vote her out. Shambo is depressed, and pleads to Mike to honor their long-time alliance.

Kelly, too, talks to Mike, and pressures him to vote off Shambo. She insists that if he wouldn't, then the jury would never vote for him after breaking the deal at the immunity challenge.

At Tribal Council, Mike expresses his dilemma, and says he's constantly been going over the options in his head, and won't make the decision until he writes the name down on the parchment.

After Mike votes, Jeff picks up the urn, and reads the vote aloud...

18th person voted off and 7th and final member of the jury...

...

...

...

...

Shambo.

Shambo shakes her head sadly, saying "I knew it."

After all of this, we now have our Final Two, Mike and Kelly. To whom will the 7 members of the jury grant a million dollars? (If you have a guess, post it in the comments! :D)

Note: Until very recently, I had Kelly win the Final Immunity Challenge, but then I decided that this plot was more interesting. :) If I ever make another story like this, I definitely want to develop the characters' stories more, especially in the earlier episodes.

Made-Up Survivor: Samoa - FINALE PART 1! Mar 29, 2010
Upolu Tribe - Mike, Shambo, Ashley, Kelly

The Jury - Marisa, Russell S., Yasmin, Russell H., Monica

It's Night 36, and Monica was just voted off. The four tribe members rejoice that they are, indeed, the Final Four, and that the game is over in less than 3 days.

However, a disaster happens on the way back from Tribal Council. In the darkness, Mike trips over a tree root and hurts his ankle. He tries to walk but then starts to fall over again. The camera operators call in the medical team, and Mike is taken to the producer's camp for the night so they can examine his injury. Shambo, Ashley, and Kelly are instructed to head back to camp, and await news in the morning.

In the morning, the 3 women are given a tree-mail for the immunity challenge, but no news about Mike. Shambo is very worried, but they all head off to the challenge.

Jeff announces the challenge, an obstacle course where they will have to gather bags of puzzle pieces from 5 different areas, and then complete the puzzle back at their station. Jeff then steps back to reveal Mike walking in towards the rest of the players. He is limping, and wearing a brace around his ankle, but Jeff says that he is still in the game and in contention for the million dollars. However, Mike will be unable to run in the challenge.

Shambo, Kelly, and Ashley take their marks and race for the puzzle pieces. Shambo falls out of it quickly, with Kelly and Ashley neck-and-neck for the lead. In the end, Kelly wins immunity. Jeff announces that there will be a Tribal Council tonight, where either Shambo, Mike, or Ashley will be voted off.

Back at camp, everyone tells Mike that they're glad that he's alright, but then everyone starts strategizing about the next Tribal Council.

First, Kelly confronts Ashley about her vote at the last Tribal Council, and Ashley defends that she only voted Monica because she heard that Monica was trying to get her voted off. Kelly says that that was only a plan to divert Shambo and Mike's votes, but now, they have to find a way to break up Shambo and Mike, which probably means causing a tie.

Meanwhile, Shambo and Mike discuss the vote. Since Kelly won immunity, Shambo says, then that means that Ashley will have to be the target. Mike points out that then there will probably be a fire-making tiebreaker, but that there may be another way. He suggests telling Kelly to vote for himself and Ashley to vote for Shambo. Then, their own two votes for Ashley would be enough to send her home.

Shambo says that she'll rather not have to try such dishonest measures, but Mike insists that he'll take care of everything. But the plan will count on Kelly and Ashley not talking to each other afterwards. If not, then they'll have to plan for a tiebreaker.

First, they wait until just before Tribal Council, and Mike gathers everyone together. He announces that he'd like to be voted off, because he's worried about his injured ankle. Kelly tries to talk him out of it, but Mike insists.

Afterwards, Mike approaches Ashley separately and tells her that he doesn't actually want to go home. He says that what he really wants is to get rid of Shambo, since he says she is a big jury vote threat. Ashley asks why he had to act like he was going home, and Mike says that he could definitely beat Shambo in a fire-making challenge. He then pressures that she shouldn't talk to either Kelly or Shambo, in case they wise up and vote for Ashley instead.

Ashley is worried that Mike is lying to her, but then also doesn't want to talk to anybody else in case he's telling the truth. She also debates the jury votes in her mind, and wonders if she has a better shot against Mike in the end than either Kelly or Shambo.

Tribal Council comes, and Jeff reads the votes:

1st vote - Mike
2nd vote - Ashley

...

...

...

3rd vote - Shambo
Last vote, and 17th person voted out of Survivor: Samoa and 6th member of the jury...

Ashley.

Revealed votes:

Mike -> Ashley
Shambo -> Ashley
Ashley -> Shambo
Kelly -> Mike

Only 3 remain; who will win the million dollar prize? The rest of the final episode will be up at some point soon, hopefully.

I definitely wanted a 2-1-1 vote in my story, because something like that has never happened in the real show. I really like Mike's idea, and obviously Ashley fell right into the trap.

Made-Up Survivor: Samoa - Episode 15 - FINAL FIVE! Mar 22, 2010
It's been ages since I did the last one; I need to finish this up, so here's the last episode before the finale!

Upolu Tribe - Mike, Shambo, Ashley, Kelly, Monica

The Jury - Marisa, Russell S., Yasmin, Russell H.

Coming back from the previous Double Tribal Council, everyone is shaking their heads in disbelief. Kelly and Monica, of course, are overjoyed that their plan worked.

Ashley, however, is feeling a little disgruntled that she wasn't let in on the plan to blindside Russell using the Hidden Immunity Idol. Kelly answers that it was purely strategic, all it was that they only needed two votes to make it work, and telling anyone else was just an added risk. Ashley retorts by saying, "So you mean, you trusted each other but you couldn't trust me?" but Monica insists that it "wasn't like that at all."

Ashley now sees that she is the 3rd string in that alliance, and that Kelly and Monica have the plan to go to the Final 2.

Meanwhile, Shambo now sees that Russell told her the truth last time (at least partially), since Yasmin did go home as he said she would. She goes to talk to the 3 younger women about the Yasmin vote, and Monica makes up a half-hearted lie about worrying that Yasmin had the immunity idol. Shambo quickly realized this made no sense, since the 3 women already knew that Kelly had the idol. So she can see that the all-women alliance no longer includes her.

The survivors arrive at the reward challenge, where they must use a crossbow to hit targets of their color. Kelly emerges victorious, and Jeff reveals that she can take someone else on the reward with her. She chooses Monica. As part of the reward, Kelly also receives a clue to the Hidden Immunity Idol, which can be used for the last time in the following Tribal Council.

On the reward, Kelly and Monica enjoy a nice lunch, shower, and get to sleep in a bed. After relaxing for a while, they use the opportunity to discuss strategy, and they reaffirm their Final 2 plans. They then discuss the order of who to vote off... and they decide that Shambo is a bigger threat than Mike, who has just been "riding Russell's coattails" the whole game.

Monica then starts to worry about Ashley's loyalty, and concocts a scheme; they will tell Shambo and Mike that everyone is voting for Ashley. Then, while Shambo and Mike vote for Ashley, the rest of them vote for Shambo. Ashley would be unable to flip because Shambo and Mike would both be targetting her.

Meanwhile, back at camp, Mike realizes that without Russell, he will need to use some strategy of his own. First, he goes to Shambo and suggests that they need to stick together to the Final 2, since the 3 younger women are clearly in charge of the game. Shambo easily agrees to this. However, in order for their plan to work, they would need to get one of the 3 younger women to flip on their alliance.

Mike decides to talk to Ashley, who is at camp with them, and questions her about why she thought Kelly took Monica instead of her. Ashley mildly responds "I dunno..." Mike points out that the same thing would probably happen in the Final 3. He tells her that he and Shambo would vote with her to oust Kelly or Monica tonight, and Ashley tells him she'd consider it.

Kelly and Monica return from their reward immediately in time for the Immunity Challenge. Ashley returns her necklace from last time, and the challenge is on. Shambo ends up winning, which means that Kelly and Monica will have to shift their attention to voting off Mike that night.

Firstly, Kelly talks with Ashley and asks if all is good, and if she will vote Mike out tonight. Ashley says probably, but she questions Kelly about if she is more loyal to Monica or her. Kelly responds just by saying "We'll have to see how it goes at the Final 3; anything can happen." This answer does not fully satisfy Ashley.

Kelly then begins to search for the Hidden Immunity Idol with her clue, but finds the clue is too vague this time, and she is unsuccessful.

Monica then proceeds to go with her plan. She goes to Mike and Shambo separately and tells them that the plan has changed, and that everyone is voting Ashley off tonight. Shambo is shocked, but agrees, though Mike is more skeptical.

Shambo meets with Mike later and excitedly tells him the news, but Mike says that he thinks Monica is probably lying. Shambo asks what they should do, and Mike says they should talk to Ashley.

They approach Ashley and tell her the news - that Monica was attempting to get both Mike and Shambo to vote for Ashley. Ashley is stunned by this. Shambo asks if she would vote out Monica, and she doesn't give a definite answer; she says she needs to talk to Monica and Kelly.

Later, Monica tells Ashley that the point was just to divert Mike and Shambo's votes, but then Ashley responds with, "But why did you need to divert their votes on to me?" Monica insists that there never was any harm intended, and that they are still voting for Mike.

The show then cuts directly to Tribal Council. Jeff picks up the votes and starts to read them:

1st vote - Mike
2nd vote - Mike
3rd vote - Monica
4th vote - Monica
Last vote, and 16th person voted off of Survivor: Samoa and 5th member of the jury...
