Coming back to camp after Tribal Council where Laura was voted off, several players were upset at Shambo after the blindside, particularly Natalie, who was very close with Laura.
Natalie tells Shambo that she ruined their plans and now that their alliance is on even numbers with Erik, Mick, Jaison, and Ashley once again. Shambo tells Natalie to relax since Erik promised to get rid of Ashley next, but Natalie believes that Erik was lying.
On Galu, Kelly has a quick word with Brett, and she tells him that although she was not able to find the idol at Foa Foa, Brett should still send her again. She says another clue will help a lot, and she already knows where she searched last time. However, Brett is worried about the promise he made to Russell H., and is afraid of upsetting him.
When it comes to the Reward Challenge, Galu wins yet again. Brett decides to send Kelly to Foa Foa again.
On Galu, Russell H. becomes very angry that Brett sent Kelly instead of him. And what's the way to deal with your enemies on Survivor? Vote them out!
To start with, Russell goes to Dave and complains about Brett's leadership. Russell tells him that Brett is too inexperienced and doesn't really know what he's doing. He says that Dave would be a much better leader, and Dave agrees.
Russell then tells the exact same thing to the other Russell (S.), and to John. Instead of saying "Dave," however, he just tells them "one of the other guys besides Brett," in hopes that they might think that he was referring to them, and then would be more likely to vote off Brett.
Russell then goes to his earlier "secret" alliances - Marisa, Liz, Betsy, and Monica, and tells them they have to get rid of Brett. All of them agree, but Russell was not aware that Monica was playing both sides.
On Foa Foa, Kelly successfully finds the hidden immunity idol! But in addition, she does some strategy of her own and asks an alliance with Erik. Kelly offers a Final Four deal between herself, Erik, Monica, and Brett. Erik accepts, and secretly plans to bring Ashley along as well.
Kelly returns for the immunity challenge. And in a shocking upset, the winner is FOA FOA!
Kelly returns to Galu in need to talk with Brett and Monica. She shows the Hidden Immunity Idol. Monica reveals that Russell H. is campaigning to get Dave to replace Brett as leader. She tries to convince Kelly to give the idol to Brett, but Kelly is worried that Russell H. might be lying in order to flush the idol out. They also discuss whom they should try to vote out; Russell H., as a strategic threat, or Dave, the competition for Tribal Leader.
Tribal Council arrives, and Jeff asks for anyone that wants to play a Hidden Immunity Idol to step forward.

Brett steps forward and hands the Hidden Immunity Idol to Jeff. No votes against Brett will count tonight! Russell H. frowns.
