And for some fucked up reason because idk. They told you they would of picked you (I know they wouldn't) if you turned up. Imagine how bad you'd feel. Better safe than sorry.
Go for it. The worst that'll happen is that you wont get on the show, but if you do a good job, then you will get your name out there. If you are ganna do it, some tips (bc I'm a nerd that's to young to audition, but reaserches how to get on these things): 1. Keep talking, no matter what tell stories about your life and keep talking even if they don't make sense and are boring, keep talking. 2. Mention your stragety on the game, and also mention what kind of people you hate (CBS loves that) 3. Have confidence no one wants a scared person on survivor. Even if you don't feel confident act it. Take deep breaths before you go in. And yeah you should be good. Sorry for my ramble and good luck. Hope my tricks help you.
