Truth Sauce V. 17; Stop spreading your cancer

Jul 31, 2009 by Vindication
So, I sat back and thought of something, something that I had saw that would one day occur on tengaged and ultimately spoil the competitive aspect of the game, and in all cases it has. It’s frequent in the repetitive stars seasons week after week, it’s rampant in rookies game, it seems like there’s a pre-emptive strike in almost every game. But without saying exactly what this is—let me just ask you something…
--
Have you ever played X-box or PS3 online against another person? Were you ever winning in a competitive match and then have that person quit on you before you won?
--
Okay, maybe you’re not a gamer. Have you ever played basketball with you and a bunch of friends, but one friend owned the ball. That friend’s team is losing—and because he can’t take a loss, he decides to take his ball and literally go home early?
--
Alright, Alright. Here’s one everyone can relate too. Have you ever been in a rookies or STARS game when someone else came into a game with four to five of their best friends, in order to stack the deck in their favor?
--
Ah, now we’re talking. This is a cancer. A cancer because after that one person quits on you, you feel as if it is okay and normal to quit on others. Because someone else took their ball home, you decide to bring your own and take it home when the game isn’t going your way. YOU have been screwed over by a pre-made alliance of four and so YOU decide to even the odds by doing the exact same thing.
--
That’s now how the fucking world works, kids.  A pre-made alliance has started from somewhere. I’m not pointing fingers—but I have been here not too long after the website hit the next, I have seen the changes, the updates, the ups and downs—the whole ten yards. I KNOW who started the original idea of a premade alliance and since then people have copied the idea. I knew pre-joining in masses would happen before it actually did. The point is that it started from ONE person, ONE group, and that’s it.
--
The mentality of ‘’they do it, so why can’t I?’’ is what continues to throw stars game into the shit creek.  The mentality of ‘’that’s how the game works’’ is the mentality of a two year old baby addicted to fucking crack. It ISN’T part of the game, it DOESN’T take skill, and it DOESN’T take much effort, especially when you can string together a lot of morons who roll over and let a specific person in their circle jerk win, to keep their status up.
--
If you utilize this strategy, you sucked the devils dick for your hall of fame spot. Take your Karma and shove it up your ass; maybe when you shit it back out, it’ll be worth something one day.

Rant over, fade out.
