I just now found out about what happened to my good friend, Kaylabby, on Tengaged. and I can honestly say, I'm sick to my stomach to see what took place recently. Kayla, if you are reading this, I just want you to know, I'm incredibly sorry for the disgusting, disrespectful things other people have done to you over the last few months. and that you do not deserve anything that has happened to you on Tengaged. this is not your fault. and your voice should not be silenced. you should never be shamed for what happened to you. you are a victim of a cyber sex crime. and I will proudly support you and be your voice until this issue is resolved properly.
in our little, complicated world we live in today, most people I have encountered have zero chill and are completely worthless and unproductive towards making our society a better place. I can say I don't care for 95% of the users who use Tengaged, but I do care for a good online friend and considerate person Kayla has been towards me since I first started talking to her in a few blogs a few months ago. the following users: Bentheman007, maturo, and SUPPORTAUTISM have leaked her nudes, violated her privacy, potentially created a Tengaged design of her nude body for auction, and ultimately, violated her trust. I really can't stand the lack of trust we have for each other now a days. When you expose a girl or a guy, you break their ability to trust anyone else with nudes and sometimes, even feelings and love for people close to them.
as I have recently found out, one of you is believed to be 18 years of age. and regardless of age or gender, a cyber sex crime has occurred here on Tengaged and these people (and those not listed who also posted her nude photo) should be held criminally responsible! an adult human being has posted child pornography to an online forum. and no one here is taking a stand. each of you should be tried by a court of law for your disgusting, inappropriate actions. this is a serious issue. just because you are behind a computer screen, doesn't give you the right, privilege, or entitlement to commit a crime.

Wow! That is just horrible what has happened. I haven't talked with her much, but when I did get to talk with her a few years ago, I found someone who is actually deep down a nice girl on the inside. She didn't deserve to have her nudes leaked.
That being said, looking at who you tagged, I am not in the least bit surprised that it would be them who exposed her nudes. Doesn't make it any less wrong, but I'm only shocked that this was allowed to happen in the first place. Even so, that's what counts because this is someone who has been exposed to the entire world and now her life has gone to ruins because of it.

I totally agree and this is a really well worded blog. I have previously not got along with Kayla but this is absolutely disgusting. The people who did this should never have done this but I must add that Kayla shouldn't have sent out those photos at her age.

Child Pornography is handled at a state level, so all those federal standards you listed off mean jack shit.
Secondarily, if you're going to make "distributing child pornography" claims then you should probably realize that the first person who gets prosecuted for this would be kaylabby as she was the one to originally distribute the illicit material.
Third, and probably most ironically, this blog will never make the situation better, it will only make the problem worse.
