Reward Challenge: Facing off two on two, the tribes would try to retrieve a ring and return with it to their starting flag. The tribe would score a point when one of their members had one hand on the ring and one hand on the flag pole. The first tribe to score three points will win a large pot of corn and a mortar and pestle

Immunity Challenge: Two women and two men from each tribe hold onto ropes that support a large net. The other castaways, one at a time, attempt to toss coconuts into the other tribe's net. The tribe who holds up their net for the longest time wins the challenge.

During the challenge:
For the Lobi tribe, Patti, Jennifer, Vincent, and George will hold onto the ropes while James, Barbara, Duane, and Victor throw the coconuts.
For the Akan tribe, Cassandra, Sarah, Albert, and Cecil will hold onto the ropes while Timothy, Richard, Stephen and Carmen throw the coconuts.
