Reward Challenge: Using a giant slingshot, three tribe members will be the launchers, while the other five will stand on a balance beam over the water. One tribe member will launch a ball to the other five, who must catch it before it hits the water. The first tribe to catch five balls wins a kerosene lantern, water canisters, blankets, pillows, rope and a tarp.
Before the challenge: Since they have one extra member, the Akan tribe decided to sit out Sarah.
During the challenge:
For the Lobi tribe, Barbara, Jennifer, and Duane launched the balls while Victor, Patti, James, Vincent, and George were on the balance beam
For the Akan tribe, Helen, Carmen, and Cecil launched the balls while Richard, Timothy, Cristal, Stephen, and Cassandra were on the balance beam.
After the challenge: LOBI WINS REWARD!!!!!

Immunity Challenge: The castaways must race across balance beams to retrieve tribe-colored flags. When two castaways of opposing tribes met in the middle, they must battle until one falls into the water. First tribe to collect twenty flags wins immunity.

For the Lobi tribe, James will go out first, followed by Patti, followed by Jennifer, followed by George, followed by Duane, followed by Victor, followed by Vincent, finally followed by Barbara.
For the Akan tribe, Cassandra will go out first, followed by Carmen, followed by Cristal, followed by Stephen, followed by Richard, followed by Sarah, followed by Timothy, finally followed by Helen.
After the challenge: AKAN WINS IMMUNITY!!!!!!
