This next season is one a lot of people expected to be eliminated by now and one I find underrated. This season is:
FIJI!
Now a lot of people like to villify this season for the obvious reasons. There were some bad things admittedly that went on in this season. The rich vs. poor twist might've been the worst twist in survivor history, especially since the poor didn't win 1 immunity even after the tribe swap. There's also the fact that the whole season was recruits, 1 of those recruits quit days before the game started and the one actual applicant of the show was medically evacuated and didn't really contribute much to the season. This also caused the cast to not be extremely deep. We can't forget the fake merge twist that really cost Michelle the game too.
I still think this season gets too hated on though. The rich vs. poor twist was bad, but I think a couple of things saved it from being a complete disaster. The first thing was possibly the best timed tribe swap in survivor history. This gave at least half the Ravu players a chance to succeed. It gave new life at the time to Yau-Man, Earl and Michelle and even allowed Mookie to get into a solid position in his new tribe. The only 2 Ravu it didn't benefit were Rocky and Anthony who probably would've been the next 2 to go anyway. The second thing that saved this twist from complete disaster is the fact that Earl won the season. Earl started out on Ravu, had some of the worst conditions for any player but yet still came out on top over everybody from the original Moto tribe. The point being the twist probably was extremely unfair, but someone that was on the side of the disadvantaged still won.
I also thought this season had 2 of the best players for tv in survivor history in Yau-Man and Dreamz. I am a BIG fan of what Dreamz provided us in this season. There are very few players that single-handedly made a season as dramatic and thrilling as he did. He shook things up like crazy and was the most wishy-washy player in survivor history literally giving out information to both sides as soon as someone told or showed him something. Who can forget the infamous deal he made with Yau-Man? Literally trying to get him out in final 6 to avoid keeping it and then breaking his word in final 4 only to get attacked by the jury the next night. Yau-Man was also one of the best heroes ever with the ultimate heroic downfall. He was the underdog 50+ small asian man that surprised everybody in challenges, was quite the strategist and was the first person ever to successfully play the current HII. This cast may not have been deep but we had other decent TV players in Boo, Alex, Michelle and Rocky as well.
Fiji had some obvious flaws but I think the excitement it provided in the second half of the game made up for it to put it this high.

AmandaBynes HAHA! In all seriousness I hated her and thought she provided nothing positive to the season.
aimers I'll explain Exile Island when I get to it but obviously I disagree with your opinion lol.
Dinosauro27 I didn't mention the Edgardo vote by name but I guess I thought me talking about how wishy-washy Dreamz was implied the Edgardo vote. Also I didn't think Alex's vote on Mookie was that important since he went home next.
if it is #Robbed
